i had a problem 2 weeks ago with an EY ticket when trying to checkin. checked with ey to make sure all was ok and they said everything was fine but since it was a US flight i could only checkin in person. this seemed weird to me but since they assured me all was fine i took their word for it. Next day i go checkin at the airport just to be told my confirmation was no good and in their system i wasnt on the flight. Nothing they would do to help other tha nhave me call booking to have them re-issue ticket. Cut it very close but managed to have tickets re-issued but last time i believe them when they assure me everything is fine
