Well, I'm mixed about it.
Sure it's more "exclusive" and posher (or full of those full of it), but when it's crowded, it's no better than anywhere else.
I also prefer helping myself to food, especially at breakfast time. That said, nice being able to get the woman at the bar to make me a mocha that the other BA coffee machines don't do.
Did seem to be quite a few people in there who wouldn't have been out of place queuing in a social security office.
Did prefer the JFK lounge to be honest. May have been the time of day (early evening) but it was quieter, felt more exclusive and having dinner rather than the usual English breakfast (especially at the centre tables) made it seem more formal, prestigious, and restaurant like.
