Has anyone had any decent Plat experiences here recently? I stayed a few times last August and didn't get a single room upgrade. Hotel was definitely not at capacity. Plat treatment over at STR Saadiyat Island was leaps and bounds better.

Did they just not like me, or have other people experienced similar at this property?
