Thanks all for having my back. As I said, the only fault I find is with AC expecting its paying customers to fulfill its duties. Hazcaddy & Mrs were generous beyond reproach and as I said in my first response, AC owes them an apology (or some consideration) for delegating to them. Hazcaddy was also generous in asking what terminology was preferred and in the spirit of open and nonjudgemental discussion, I shared my insight as a person with a disability. I find no fault in people using non-preferred terms innocently, and I particularly admire those who ask instead of not talking about it at all out of fear of saying the wrong thing. Those who cling to their preference of outmoded language in the face of evolution, I hold in special regard, and I'll leave it to those people to infer whatever they wish from "special".
