so what would you like then to be the procedure? That from 60 minutes before departure they come every 5 minutes to inform you that the flight is not yet boarding?
usually intercontinental flights with non bus gates board not earlier then 10-20 minutes before official departure and that's when you get escorted.
I have not heard from any F passenger, who they forgot and missed the flight
have you ever tried to tell them that you would like to be at the gate 40 minutes before official departure?
