Yes, I know how to get the general hotel email, but I found it much more helpful last summer when I did a 3 city tour of Europe to have a specific name with their email as that person always responded in a more positive way than when I sent an email to the web site email. When I asked for a personal contact for those hotels last year, people on Flyertalk were very helpful and sent me names/emails. I was successful with each of those. If no one responds, then I will use the general email. Just thought I would give it a try.
