There's quite a few...

Berlin has SXF as well as TXL and THF.

London has LHR, LGW, LCY, LTN and STN, although only LHR and LCY are within the boundaries of Greater London.

Glasgow has GLA and PIK (actually neither are in Glasgow - Abbotsinch is in Renfrewshire and Prestwick in Ayrshire... I'll stop putting these observations now, it could get tedious.)

Paris has CDG and ORY (and, according to FR, BVA).

Milan has LIN and MXP (and, according to FR, BGY).

Rome has FCO and CIA.

Moscow has SVO, DME and more I can't remember.

Belfast has BHD and BFS.

Gothenburg has GOT and GSE.

Bucharest has OTP and BBU.

Stockholm has ARN and BMA (and, according to FR, NYO and VST).

Tokyo has NRT and HND.

There are many more besides...
