How many cities have multiple airports with commercial scheduled service within the city:

I can think of a few:
Chicago: ORD, MDW (and until a few years back, CGX)
New York: LGA, DCA
Berlin: TXL, THF (I think)
Washington DC has two airports, but both are in Virginia, so it wouldn't count.
Are there other cities with multiple airports? (Or even airports actually within a city proper, for that matter...)
