Earn or transfer miles on Hainan Airlines / Alaska Airlines flight in C (PVG-SAN)

Hi,

I am FB Silver, and I use to travel in Eco or Eco+ between Europe and China on AF or KLM. Inside China I mostly fly China Eastern.

I'll soon have a return trip from Shanghai to San Diego via Seattle in Business class on Hainan (PVG-SEA) and Alaska airlines (SEA-SAN). This one-time trip was much cheaper (my boss would not have approved otherwise ;-) and faster than any option on Skyteam partner airlines.

My question is now how to make best use of the miles to be earned on this trip.

Flying Blue: It seems that I could credit the 2 SEA-SAN legs, which would earn me 3154 miles in total (no elite bonus miles). Unfortunately, no miles for the PVG-SEA legs.
Alaska Airlines Mileage Plus: I could credit the whole trip but I am not based in the US. Any way to transfer miles to FB? I could also credit future AF and KLM trips to this program, but the Alaska Airlines elite status does not seem to be of any use on those airlines.
Fortune Wings: not interesting, because I never travel on any of the included airlines.

What would you recommend? Any possibilites to transfer miles? Thanks in advance for your help.
