I would probably narrowly prefer 25D, on the grounds that at least one elbow is 'free', but they are much of a muchness. If you don't like draughts, then definitely 25D, as there is appreciable 'air' around the exits on the upper deck.

Against that, 80B is in a much smaller cabin, which 'feels' nicer to me than the open plan downstairs cabin. And while an exit row, so nothing on the ground at take off/landing, you can have your bag down during the flight, which is not allowed in 25D.
