A couple of questions if I may...

1. Is there still a lot of construction work going on around the hotel (seems to have been going on for years) and if so how noisy is it?

2. How do the rooms compare to the Grand Stamford (which I've stayed in) in terms of size and decor? I've stayed in a renovated room at the ICGS, so will I find the ICHK rooms dated in comparison?
