Kabul, Colombo (during the height of the Tamil Tigers conflict), Islamabad (after the CIA motorcyclists fiasco) for conflict concerns.

Kinshasa because of the complete lack of rule of law. Cairo because of the traffic. Antananarivo because of the taxis barely held together with baling wire.

Only places I've actually been threatened: Italy and the US.
