I will never take a revenue flight on UAL again. Still fly them from time to time burning miles. My Mileage Plus balance is now exactly 25,000 (thanks to iDine), and I look forward to my LAST United flight ever later this year.

Only other airline I avoid is Southwest simply because I don't fit well with their system (i.e., I don't arrive at airports extremely early because I don't check bags).
