Hi everyone,
My fiancée left her laptop at a TSA security checkpoint last Thursday. She contacted them by email them Friday morning with a description and a serial number, and they said they had it. They asked her to provide a UPS shipping label and a completed TSA release form, which she did.
The problem is, no one has responded to any of her emails since last Friday (She sent three so far), and the laptop hasn't been shipped. She is geting increasingly worried and frustrated. The phone number provided
here only goes to an automated message, and she has no other way to contact LAX TSA Lost and Found.
Bottom line -- if anyone here might have a phone number for LAX TSA Lost & Found that an actual human being picks up, please PM me (or post it here, if you're comfortable with it). Many thanks in advance.
