I used to park at the library a block away. It's closed and locked down at night (after 9pm?), but you don't pay for the night hours. Given all the bad parking reviews in SEA about car breakins, I consider the lockdown as a big plus. Evening - morning parking usually ran about $12 or so.

Last time I checked, SNAs could only be used to upgrade to nicer rooms, not suites. Save them for somewhere else.
