I would think you should have a shot at getting it back. I guess it depends on how much extra effort you think it is worth. Are you sure there wasn't a schedule change involved? As previous poster noted, while the A380 (flight 65) operates daily, the two 777 flights (flights 69 and 77) are hit and miss with a number of dates where either one or both do not operate.
It is 100% not a schedule change. The flight is still there. Delta specifically said air France erroneously made award space available and then cancelled the ticket.
I am 100% sure it was only related to this and nothing else.
Now, any thoughts on how to fix it? I'd really appreciate some help here and am at a loss as to how to approach this since the original csr stonewalled me.
