I can't comment on any of those companies, but one other option which might -- or might not -- appeal to you is to take the express bus from JFK to Park Avenue/41st Street, Manhattan, and then walk one block to Grand Central Terminal, where Metro North Railroad offers frequent service to Stamford. But if dealing with your luggage for that one-block walk (and on the train, too) is a problem, then one of the shared shuttles would probably be best for you.
