Very excited to read SPG's email today announcing more Design Hotel options to earn Starpoints, with the G-Rough in Rome included. Here's the SPG page for the G-Rough:

Love its location (on Piazza di Pasquino, a little west of Piazza Navona's southern end), and love the style of the rooms.

The email said that "soon" you can redeem at the hotels and the G-Rough's page says it has a Limited Partnership with SPG.

So, anyone have info on whether this specific property will eventually accept award reservations?

And any other info on the property itself would be great to read - have any of you stayed there prior to its SPG partnership?
