Got back two weeks ago from a stay at Marriott Brussels Grand Place. When I was there the lounge was closed for breakfast due to "low occupancy". I was, as plat, given free breakfast in the restaurant. Not sure about club rooms.

Lounge was open at night and on weekends. Can get in anytime for water/coffee/etc.

Enjoyed my stay, great little hotel, nothing special, but centrally located.
