I guess you missed my post then. The whole post revolved around having BOTH prestige and at&t.
And your math is wrong and made out to be far more complicated then it really should be.
You really don't need to run numbers to figure out if the combo is profitable or not. For instance,
If you use DC you make a net profit of 0.01%. In other words, you'll make $1 for every $10k spend.
Does Access earn you More (pun intended) than DC? Yes. So, is it going to be profitable?
Does AT&T+Prestige combo earn you more to a point that it'll overcome the AF and some more? It should.
Disclaimer:
1) assume you have AT&T and Prestige
2) assume you're going to redeem for travel via transferring points and/or redeeming for AA. Otherwise why even have prestige?
