As long as you book the 2 lowest category your stay should be fine. Luxury Room/Junior Suite. From their facebook reply the highest they can upgrade is to prestige/prestige family suite which doesnt have much different with their junior suite.

So far have not read any success story on upgrade to Imperial Suite or Villa. Last stayed book on Prestige Family Suite no luck.
