The notion that HBO would represent a 'discount' rather than being the new base fare was clearly always tosh.
I looked the other day.
LHR-MAN 'normal' fare I booked two years ago was £20 booked at 2 weeks notice, £117 total. Now HBO is £59 two weeks out and £127 total. Even booked a full year out the fare is £22.
