Anyways, I called the customer service last night after I got the card and of course the system was down for scheduled maintenance. I called back today and spoke with a customer service rep which sounded like someone from India. Basically someone purchased a money order at a Moreno Valley Walmart during the night. The customer service rep told me I should register the card online and file a dispute once the transaction posts.

Is this a good idea? I feel like if I register the card it will be attaching my name to it and make it seem like I made the purchase. I went ahead and filed a complaint against Sunrise Bank through the BBB website and the department of consumer affairs.
