I have only the Citi Access Card and no other cards or bank accounts earning TY points. What are my highest-value options to redeem TY points?

Seriously, get prestige and your TYP can be redeemed for 1.6 at least.
Go at branch and get 350 offer (normal is 450). You can do the "book and refund ticket" trick to get 250 back. So, essentially you'll only be paying $100.
Now here's the beauty of Access More card.
Do you pay 10k in rent in a year? Do you fly AA? If so, annually you'll make a profit of
$242 towards AA travel. Note: I've already deduced the credit card fee (1.99 with radpad), Citi AT&T fee, and Citi Prestige fee. You're literally getting paid to get get these cards
Oh, and you earn 3x on MPX and a whole bunch of retail and travel sites...and I didn't count points you can earn from there.
