Without anything else, the only 1 cent per point options are travel booked through Citi or gift cards, unless you have a mortgage/student loan, in which case you can call and request a check towards it for full value. Otherwise checks are only half value.

Note: some people report success with depositing the "mortgage" check into their bank account regardless of having a mortgage or not, but others have had problems with the bank taking the deposit, and it's kind of an ethical gray area, so up to you.
