No. Amex recently reduced the MR --> BA transfer ratio. It used to be 1:1; now it's 1:0.8. However, Amex has previously offered periodic transfer bonuses from MR --> BA, so if they do so again, you might end up with 1:1 (or better).
SPG still transfers to BA 1:1, or 1:1.25 in blocks of 20,000 points.
