Any way to contact someone at Sheba Miles and have a hope for a reasonable response?

I flew LAX-ADD at the end of last year and put my United FF# on the reservation at booking, and again at check in, and the miles went to my Sheba Miles account (I never did put the Sheba Miles number on the reservation). I sent a couple of emails with no reply asking them to credit the miles to my United account. I tried calling the main number and DC and was told I had to email. After the 4th email, I finally got a reply that said, no, they can't do that and thank you for my understanding.

I even have a screenshot of the reservation, listed as flown, with my United number on it, so NO, I do not understand.

Any other way of trying to get the miles credited as I had requested?
