This and other complaints about "lack of compassion" etc really show no respect for 60+ pages of mostly legitimate dialogue over:
- GA ability/desire to enforce rules
- true efficacy of family pre-boarding and where it should take place
- concerns and stress over boarding process
- anecdotal reports of seat poaching and limited baggage space
and while the complaint over family traveling with too unwieldy luggage and uncooperative collapsible may be condemned as unfeeling, it is a legitimate observation that people who are unfamiliar with travel and/or are trying to game the system (too much luggage/seat poaching) need more help than simply being thrown to the front of the line.
