On their website, they now have little arrows you have to click to expand sections. So on an upcoming rental I have at a European airport, at first I see only:
Base Rate for 08 day(s) 155.00
Rental Options ----
Protections & Coverages ----
Discounts
Surcharges & Fees / Taxes 70.06
Estimated Total (USD) 225.07
But if I click all the little arrows, it expands to:
Base Rate for 08 day(s) 155.00
Base Rate 155.00
Kilometers:Unlimited
Rate Rules:
Minimum 3 Day(s) rental
Maximum 13 Day(s)
Rental Options ----
None Selected
Protections & Coverages ----
None Selected
DiscountsThis coupon [MUHA053] will be applied at the counter. Restrictions may apply. Please check T&Cs.
Surcharges & Fees / Taxes 70.06
Surcharges
Airport Fee 31.00
Taxes
Tax 39.06
Estimated Total (USD) 225.07
(Well, actually, the price just went down as I was pulling this up to quote it to you, so I modified the reservation at a bit lower rate and so all the number have since changed. But you get the idea.)
Btw, MUHA053 is a Club Carlson bonus points coupon. It's not actually a discount, but that's how they always display coupons.
