What do you mean "tampered with"?
Was this not noticeable before you purchased?
I never purchase any of the cards if the tab covering the card bar code/numbers has been torn off.

I tried purchasing something in the store but the card reader couldn't read the strip because of the tampering. I tried calling the number on the card for customer service but I when entered the card number it says this card number is not valid. It won't let me talk to customer service without a valid card number. What to do?
