I've been able to book CX with AA miles before, but next month J and F tickets will require too many miles. I have some AS miles, but prefer to save them for EK. BA requires too many miles to be used. I do have close to 600K Citi TYP which transfer to Asia Miles, but there's so little info about these online. I read a few posts about them a year ago and felt they were poor value, but after AA devalues, Asia Miles might be competitive after all.

Regarding using Asia Miles, do they have access to better CX J and F award availability than the other miles? I think Asia Miles have access 360 days out, whereas the other miles only get access ~330 days out.
