I just purchased a $500 sunny at Wal-Mart. Opened the packaging in the car and it looks like it was tampered with. I tried purchasing something in the store but the card reader couldn't read the strip because of the tampering. I tried calling the number on the card for customer service but I when entered the card number it says this card number is not valid. It won't let me talk to customer service without a valid card number. What to do?
