The PP arrival lounge is just after you come out from customs to your left. No one will be in your way and the PP can store your luggage. I wanted to take a shower there last December on arrival using my priority pass card and the place was packed and not very welcoming. Have you explored staying at the Eaton Terminal hotel or one of the hotels near the airport? You have to enter the country anyways, so you are not restricted by having to stay in the airport...
