The thing I notice the most that my notmal UG happen at gate now and I have noticed a trend at DTW that the same GA work the same gates most of the time. I have talked to them they know me and now they will tell me to board or wait most times. Just the other day DTW MSP on a Thursday at 5pm she told me to not board you will get 2a as soon as the person on my computer goes can't make connection from PIT sure enough got the seat.
