Anyways.

When I look at flights from Austin there is a layover in Houston at IAH. But when i look at flying out of Houston there is a layover in Tampa or Atlanta. Is this right? In essence United forces you to take a layover??

Thanks for any information on if I am doing this wrong or if there is some way to circumvent this.
Most likely on the dates you are searching there is no award availability on the direct flights.
