Yes, thanks for the suggestions, I was also thinking along those lines too. I understand, that's why I will keep everything refundable (all hotels and nested flights). Unfortunately I think the only definitive answers will be on the day of flight, so I plan to be at the airport 4-5 hours early. Or perhaps they can give me the answers on the phone, but I anticipate perhaps confusion, uncertainty, or CYA proactive denial.
