Delta's reply is unusually frank, even brutally honest.

I don't have a problem with the reply per se, just the degree to which Delta is wringing money out of FCM. We basically have two options-- walk or WFBF.

As an aside, I don't see RUC's as a real benefit. They don't help if there are no first class seats available; and when there is, they accomplish nothing except re-shuffle the upgrade priority among medallions.
