We were quoted by a local dealer, $1000 over European delivery invoice price for a BMW 3 series when we were shopping a while ago. The dealer itemized the cost of the car, option prices, then added a $1000 dealer profit. Their quotes were exactly the same as the invoice / wholesale prices posted on several sites on the web, such as www.eurobuyers.com

We thought it was a good deal, but I didn't have time to go and take delivery.

You will probably be able to get a better price now though, perhaps $500 over euro invoice.

Also of note, for BMW, the euro delivery cars do not come out of the dealerships monthly allocation.
