Thanks for all the replies - some interesting points made which do mirror some of our concerns, particularly with the arrangements of seats etc. Mind you, can one read anything into the fact they have released 7 seats (I.e. Hardly any first class seats booked - potential spare seat that could be made up into a bed for the infant rather than use bassinet)?

Will have a chat through with the wife and make a decision (she's not too fussed about the ccr etc - in her opinion the best thing about t5 is the soft play area for knackering the boy out!).
