Of course I don't expect chefs to work like in a gourmet restaurant where they prepare à-la-minute something that is ordered from a menu. But the kind of cooks-behind-the-stoves that allow for the actual preparation of the meal on location. The kind of thing that happens in prisons for instance, and schools.
