I did this last year. However, it was a massive pain in the butt and I spent HOURS on the phone with both Elevate and Comenity getting it worked out. Good luck. My saving grace was that I had a saved chat conversation with a VX CSR saying that I could do this. I referenced that many times. As with everything, always get it in writing.
