Stay in the bassinet seats in CW. It's far easier to manage / engage small children there.

In F you would have to a middle pair and the middle bassinet. Even in the middle pair, it is not easy to reach a small child in the adjoining middle seat when you are both belted in. Plus if the 3 year old does manage to unbuckle and escape, it is not easy to retrieve them!
