Considering transferring 20K SPG points to Asiana to book a RT to Europe in economy this summer. (will book the same trip for my wife with existing UA miles). Flights will likely be on Brussels airlines, UA, or Austrian Air

Once I transfer the miles in, is booking a painless process? Is this process done entirely online?

I read a post of someone who booked a business class ticket and said he had to go thru a lot of hoops. Not sure if I would run into the same issues booking economy.
