He already stated he was permitted to board first, so he received special boarding. He should be well aware Wifi has a fee involved, and I don't believe there's ever been TV or Radio on a Southwest flight.
Reminds me of when I went to a baseball game and the people seated behind me complained the whole time that there was no place to plug in their little crock pot to warm up whatever it was they'd brought to eat. Then when the game was over they complained about having to throw away the uncooked room-temperature food.
