If you don't have enough time to leave the airport, there is a KC Masterpiece in Terminal C.

The taste is nearly (not quite) as good as the real restaurant in the Country Club Plaza. No ribs, just brisket and sandwiches.

I do not recommend this place as a destination, but it is better than Burdger King and may be (barely) adequate if you don't have enough time to get downtown.

If you have the time, my first choice would be Arthur Bryant @ 18th & Brooklyn downtown but you can't go wrong with Gates. If you prefer sweeter sauce, KC MasterPiece in the Country Club Plaza.
