Just wishful thinking - hoping the hotel ends up on the list for the next wave of the "soft launch" (or maybe this becomes a full launch closer). Hopefully lack of alternate SPG hotels in the area is one of the factors.
As far as ownership company - not sure that's a huge problem. Some posts here speculated GLO Hotels given other properties, but Kamp appears to be going to LHW (so presumably different brands/chains aren't a problem).
