Some of the 'international' Caribbean flights are very short.. AXA to SXM is 12 miles, though most don't offer a biz/first class. The shortest flight in C I could find is SCN-LUX, at 50 miles. The shortest three class flight seems to be AUH-AAN at 60 miles.
