This is a systemic issue because of personnel problems. However it is not as easy for ATL to replace TSA as you would like to think.
If TSA can't plan for adequate personnel - how can we trust them to actually find what they're actually looking for?

Come one - you guys have been around for 15 years now and had darn well better have data to determine pax flow and the screeners needed. That's just management 101.
