Is this just a problem with TK/Ankara? Or is there something a little wrong with his ticket?
Most likely it has something to do with TK's system and LH's system not talking to each other correctly and not performing the EDIFACT. If he has a paper copy of his reservation and ticket I wouldn't worry too much.
