Problems w/016 ticket on TK & LH
Mr. Ericka is on a UA 016 ticket. He's flying TK Ankara-IST-MUC. Then LH MUC-BOS. TK is telling him they can't print his LH boarding passes or check his luggage through.

Is this just a problem with TK/Ankara? Or is there something a little wrong with his ticket?
